I have a requestor for our security department that
wants to know if there is anything that will completly
erase files/forders from a hard disk. I think he knows
about Disk express, so I am assumming that he might 
want a patch that will erase to the government standard
(3 times I think). Is there a patch that any time a file or
folder is erased that it will completly delete the information
from the hard disk? If not, what would I need to patch to make it 
work.
