I was a beta tester for the 24/96, so I've had mine for many months. I
love it. I wouldn't be without it.
 
The software works wonderfully with ATM (and so generates some truly
amazing faxes at fine resolution); I have not heard complaints from
anyone who I've sent faxes to about compatibility problems. I've sent
to machines in the US, the UK and Germany.
 
The cascade down from 96 to 48 under nastly line conditions works well,
too.
