Two questions:

  1.  What is the best way to use an HP-compatible laser printer
      with a Macintosh?  Does ATM work with the Grappler?

  2.  Is it possible to get a workable letter-quality printer
      for the macintosh for no more than $500?  An impact
      printer is necessary, so laser and inkjet aren't possible.
