I sent mail to Laura Marmorstein, who posted the notices about the
Yellow Pages, asking this question.  She replied that the stack is
in beta testing, and that indeed, everyone who sent in the form for
free copies will be getting them when they're ready.  She said about
two months.  For the price, I can wait....
