hello mac world,

I have several problems!

I can download files from comp.binaries.mac via un*x host to an ibm pc.

Now my questions:

1. How must I load these files to a mac2cx?

2. How must I extract them, where can I get BinHex?

I am not a mac guru, but I wan't download files for a friend of me who
is a mc2cx user. So if someone could mail/post me answers it would be very 
glad!
