I've had nothing but good experiences with them.  The one time there
was a mix-up with an order for PhoneNet connectors they issued an
RMA with no questions or hassles and I received a credit for the
returned merchandise before I got the bill for their replacement.  We've
ordered everything from hard drives to software from them and 
haven't had any reason to regret it.
