Has anyone out there used MPW C?  Any comments, good or bad (particularly the
latter)?  I've heard a great deal about Think C and Lightspeed C but I'm
thinking of MPW C because of the accompanying MPW C++ package (now in beta
test).  Does anyone think that MPW C is downright horrible?  Besides MPW, are
there or will there be any other C++ compilers out there?
