We purchase all our memory from Technology Works. They include both a guide for the jumping necessary for all Macs AND a tool to unscrew the T-15 torx screws. The interesting thing is the Tech Works' tool is a long 3/32" hex wrench!!! Which is much easier to come by than a long T-15. Please forward your address for sources of the long T-15 to me , thanks. Also do you have an address for a good case cracker? I have been using this cracker that I purchased from Educorp or Budgetbytes (can't remember which). IT looks like a giant binder clip with flatened ends. Thanks again, John DeRosa
