Thank you, thank you, thank you, for all the kind mail about the
"dits" on Macintoy and Apple //e keyboards.  (Is that why they
never felt right?)  In any case, close inspection of the variety
of other vendors' equipment here either found them absent
altogether, or on the F and J keys.  Curiously enough, I found
quite a few that had nothing special on the QWERTY, but did on
the numeric 5.  I think Apple is the odd one out.  (And they'll
probably sue anyone who copies them... 1/2 :-) )

Maybe we need a discussion group for human factors/ergonomics?
