If you don't normally read Info World, you may want to pick up the January 
22nd, 1990 issue and look at page 110 -- Cringely's rumor column has a blurb
about the NeXT.

In summary: 68040 due in April (rather than December) because of Businessland
delays, capable of 20 MIPS and 10 times the current floating point performance.

Also mentioned: distribution of the 40 meg swap drives was held up eight weeks
while Businessland sorted out the paperwork.
