Message-ID: <2635@jato.Jpl.Nasa.Gov> Date: 21 Jan 90 08:22:09 GMT Sender: news@jato.Jpl.Nasa.Gov Reply-To: morris@jade.Jpl.Nasa.Gov (Mike Morris) Organization: Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena, CA Lines: 19 No I don't want to forge, so you can cap that flamethrower. I dial in to a serial port on a Sun workstation. The Organization: line in the header is not accurate. Also there are Cc: and Bcc: lines I'd like to eliminate, as well as Sender:, since it's always the same as From: In perusing the man pages for rn (my only docs) I see the references to a ORGANIZATION environment variable. I tried setting it, but it doesn't seem to have any effect. rn sees a change in term, so I'd think it would see a newly defined variable? And I didn't see any mention of the others I mentioned above. I'm not an experienced unix user, so please don't reply RTFM, as I have very limited manuals to read - and they aren't SunOS, or even Berkely.
