I've found a small bug in nn 6.3 patchlevel 10.

When I invoke nn and there is no news that I haven't already read nn
prints "No News (is good news)" and then goes back to the shell (as
expected).

However, before I invoked nn, I had the stty parameter 'tab3' set;
after nn returned to the shell, this parameter is no longer set.

We're running with HAVE_TERMIO #define'd.
