A few weeks ago I asked if anyone knew of a solid, simple
design for a low-wattage uninterruptable power supply.  So far,
there have been no responses at all.  

A good reference to a magazine construction article is
all I need (but am open to any suggestion).  I'll summarize
E-mailed responses.
