We should keep some. They are really good at slinging 2700lb. bombs around (1 every 3 seconds). If we need to invade somebody by sea, one of them is worth all the carriers we have. They are impervious to most surface-skimming missiles. This specifically includes the exorcet, which every little country seems to have. They are also good at some other specialized tasks. Keep some.
