Clarke's latest (RAMA II) except that they were not availble until the year 2190 or so.. I imagine that this patent is for a theoretical device though since present ULSI technology would be hard pressed to put a pH meter coupled with a radio transmitter on a 21 micron square device and also power it. --rick
