A few of the previous articles have quickly suggested that people solve all
of their problems by using Zmodem tranfers instead of Kermit.  As far as I
know, Zmodem does *not* work on 7-bit networks.  I personally would *LOVE*
to compile Zmodem on our VAX but it wouldn't do any good.  Sigh.
