Well, the problem _isn't_ because of what machine you are connecting to, unless something real freaky is happening, however this is extremely unlikely. Most likely, telix is conflicting with something in your system. Try removing all resident programs that aren't necessary... then try reconfiguring telix so it won't use direct screen i/o and instead uses BIOS. Your machine may not be 100% compatable, or there could be a hardware conflict of some type as well. L.
