I remember hearing of tools that allowed you to program windows or
scroll boxes into a dbase 3 application, but I can't remember what it
was called. Any hints?? I need to create the ultimate in user friendly
application and I thought that a graphical interface would be best.
Any suggestions?? I heard that there may be shareware writen in C that
will do the job. 
    Any suggestions/hints/ideas are greatly appreciated.
