I am looking for a good book that talks about programming the GEM graphical
user interface from Digital Research, Inc.  We need a book that talks about
the function calls, parameters passed, etc.  Of course we have the manuals,
but there is only one copy and we need a book that each member of the
team could buy for a referance.
I have seen the _Programmers guide to GEM_ by Sybex, but our local bookstore
claims that it is no longer in print.  Can anybody help me?
