Well, at the risk of starting more wars, I'll say the best deal currently is easily the Amiga system. The hardware has stopped being totally flakey now, software is available for this purpose rather cheaply, and they're easy to find. Std. Disclaimer: I'm not associated with CBM. Heck, I don't even own an Amiga, but from my own research, I'd be hard pressed to find a better deal for this purpose. As long as the work does not demand _really_ high resolution, it's the way to go. IMHO of course. -- David L.
