Considering that many of the topics discussed in this newsgroup are
not treated in any C++ textbook (at least not one I'm aware of) and
that many excellent examples have been given, it seems like one could
collect and edit the discussions into some sort of book that would be
a bestseller. Possible titles could be "The C++ Question Book" or
"C++ Deathtraps and Shortfalls"...
