I posted a set of 4 messages to comp.lang.c++ with a subject:

yaccable grammars for C and C++

If you are looking for a grammar for either of these languages, then I
would suggest you pick of the contents from that news group.  Since
the files had a total of 160K, I chose not to post to multiple news
groups.  The posting includes a 65K C++ grammar, a 64K description of
the ambiguities in C++, a 26K C grammar, and a 13K introduction.
