Well, we're finally joining the 90s and going to ANSI C.  Does anyone out
there have any filters/programs to convert our existing body of code to
the new standard?  The big problem right now is function prototypes, but
I imagine others will pop up when we actually do the conversion.

Perl scripts expecially welcome as I've been looking for an excuse to learn
perl for quite awhile now.
