PUMP uses the standard CMS nickname files so somehow your address must get into that nickname file. Have her use the NAMES or LNAME command to create a nickname, say, ED, where the user id is EDWARD and the node is TWG.COM. She should then just be able to send mail to ED. Unfortunately, we don't run PUMP here so some of this is an educated guess. Basically, this is all pretty simple stuff and someone at her site should be able to help her.
