Help!

I picked up a MacBack Plus for a very low price.
	It was made by Peripheral Land.
	It is model number MB+ 40.
	Inside there is a Teac MT-2ST/45S-24-U

Questions:

1) What kind of tapes does it use?  A standard cassette almost fits
   but won't go all of the way in.

2) What SCSI commands does it understand?

3) Anyone have a tech Manual for it?
