Volume 5 doesn't give any hard facts about who to contact.  Surely,
there is a branch of the DIT in the US and I would contact somebody
there, right?  I have quipu running on our HP 9000/850 and want
to run and administer a DSA for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Any names and e-mail addresses of who to contact for connection?
also, who selects the unique south american endangered wildlife
name?
