For your knowledge, the US is NOT 'the rest of the world' ! AND ALL MAJOR COMPUTER SUPPLIERS ARE GETTING READY TO DELIVER 8-BIT EQUIPMENT THAT WILL FOLLOW ISO-8859/1. This attitude is probably exactly what this guy was trying to show people still exist. It might be OK in shareware etc. but it still exists in commercial applications. Which will break anyday now.
