	Please excuse me if this is an inappropriate newsgroup for this
question, but I am looking for any Truly Public Domain 'C' source for
any of the various compression algorithms. I would be particularly
interested in the following: Huffman encoding, Lempel-Ziv, Adaptive
Lempel-Ziv, algorithms for the compression of ascii text. I do not
read this newsgroup often, so please mail any code, suggestions for
where to find these algorithms, or flames, too:
