I finally got this program, hmcvax must have been down for awhile.  It is
very nice and I heartily recommend it.  However, it seems to have moved;
it is now located in:
	SOFTWARE:[ANONYMOUS.TEX.BIBTEX.UTILITIES.LOOKBIBTEX]
