Hi:

   I have been investigating commercial menu/form systems for Unix.  Are there
   any public domain packages that do menus or forms for Unix.  The system
   would use curses and or termcaps, or even a custom terminal information 
   scheme (which is what most of the commercial vendors do).

   Please reply via e-mail, I will summarize to the net.  Commercial folks are
   welcome to reply about their toolset (in case I missed you ads).
