According to SCO and others the crypt command and system call is 
export restricted - ths means that ctypt can only be used in the US.
I need a procedure to replace the original crypt (it must be simple
to make) with the same parameters and syntax.
Has anybody heard of such a routine, and what is the correct story
of crypt and its use outside US ??????
