A few years ago, a suite of programs called SCB or the System
Characterization Benchmarks, was posted to mod.sources by a person at NCR.
At that time I saved a copy and used SCB for some work I was doing.  Now, I
need to use SCB, or something like it, and am unable to find a copy of it
in our archives.

I would appreciate any leads or information about obtaining another copy of
SCB, or any other low-cost systems performance analysis tools.

The last lead I had on SCB was a person at NCR E&M (division?) in South
Carolina.  That person no longer works there.
