I am looking for a filter to convert ANSI C to K&R1 C.  For my purposes
converting just the function declarations / prototypes will be
sufficient.  I have the indexes to comp.sources.unix, but they didn't
seem to help.  The machine in question is an AT&T 3B2 running SYS V R3.
