I have gotten the programs to work on a Mac using 4105 emulation (but the refreshes are sometimes messed up) and I think I can get by with 4105 emulation. It would be nice to get some Amigas to supplement the Macs around here... there seems to be a lot of Ataris around this place that no one uses because they don't have color (we opted for the hi-res ;-) monocrome) displays. Any help would be appreciated. NT Oh yes...does anyone know of any display programs that can put science data on a screen? There are pictures here of converted GIF files from Neptune that someone from JPL did but that's not what I'm looking for. Basically I want to be able to download a NxM floating point array, define a palette and put it on the screen (lowest value defined as 0 and highest as 255 and interpolate the values in between). This would give us a cheap (~$3500) graphics workstation that we could display our sky maps with (as opposed to these $10000 Macs). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A| Nigel Tzeng xrtnt@csdr.gsfc.nasa.gov // m| STX Inc. xrtnt@csdr.span.nasa.gov // i| \\ // g| Standard Disclaimer Applies: The opinions expressed are my own. \X/ a| | "Hmmmm." --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
