Nope, there's no way to get to usenet from BIX, except for a subscription
service to send mail.

It's been discussed a lot, especially since so many Ami people have been
taking advantage of the flat rate Tymnet access and the flat quarterly BIX
cost, but so far TPTB haven't been swayed.
