Could it be RF interference? Any ideas? The most prevalent cause for Janus library not found is poor seating of the Bridge board. Sounds like your cover is putting pressure on the rear section of the case, and in turn causing the Bridge to pull to the rear. Try it without the screw holding the Brige backplate to the case.
