I am currently trying to find documentation on AmigaDos handlers.  Reading
through the OLD RKMs provides no help... specifically, I was wondering:

	- What parameters do the standard handlers take when opening
		(SER: PAR: PRT:...)
	- What format do MountList files follow, and how do they pass
		this information to the handlers.
	- How does one go about writing a handler?  What must it do?
		How does it communicate with AmigaDos?

Browsing the new RKMs doesn't look promising either.  Am I missing the
boat somewhere?
