I've been wondering the same thing, so gave APDA a call this week. The person
who answered the phone said they had some production delays with the winter
catalog, and it should be going out in the next couple of weeks. 

I need the catalog so I can place an order for the 1990 technical notes! I
also want to see whether they have an updated APW ready for sale.
