I'm using a ATARI 8-bit system to hook up with the local VAX system here in Kent, Ohio. I have a 130 XE, XF551 disk drive, and the SX212 Modem (HAYES compatible). I use the AModem 7.50 program to get online, but I can only get 40 columns and use VT52 rather than VT100. I'm wondering if there is a VT100 emulator out there for the 8-bit ATARI's. A vast amount of people I know also need it for thier systems. Example of a 'usable' VT100 ATARI emulator: - 80 column screen, either like the ATARI Writer Plus, or all 80 on the screen at once. - Ablitity to use all characters on a VAX/VMS system. - Abilitiy to put 24 rows of 80 column lines on the screen at once. (Not nessesary) Where can I find one? Is there one out there? Is it even possible? PLEASE REPLY SOON!!! ---------- John Van Huffel: JOURV765 @ KENTVMS .
