   I've been having a problem with my 1040ST.  Sometimes when I boot it up,
the keyboard is "scrambled" and will respond with random key responses no
matter which key i press.  This happened to an earlier ST I had, which
Atari replaced; that was back when the warranty was in effect.  Now it's
expired.  Does anyone know anything about this problem, or has anyone
encountered it in the past?
