How is that possible ?
There are only 4 slots to put SIMMs in ... Each has got up to 1 MB, that is
a maximum of 4 MB, isn't it ??

It may be true that upgrading a 500k ST to a 1M St would be cheaper than 
buying a original 1M machine, but in any case, ATARI is not going to sell
any 500k machines in future (and they don't sell them now either).
The minimum ram size is 1M.
