The local tie-in I have to the mainframes as, well, gone to h*ll with some major line noise problems (it's the only place that gives me line noise, too), and Uniterm keeps locking the modem out, such that I have to reboot in order to use the modem again. This is highly annoying. Is there anything that I have set up incorrectly with Uniterm? My system is a Mega 2 mono system with TOS 1.4 currently. I have the buffers set to 5KB RS232, and larger than standard buffers for everything else. Whatever I type before I reboot is sometimes (can't remember if it's always) sent to the modem after Uniterm is loaded again. Mike
