Does any 3rd party vendor offer an intelligent serial communications
controller card for the 3b2?

I need such a card with an Intel CPU, at least one channel of 19.2k
baud capable RS232, and either dual port ram, or DMA. I want to be
able to program the card myself. I'm aware of AT&T's ISC card, but
was also wondering if any other vendor was offering one.
