To Access FTP through e-mail you simply send e-mail to:
	bitftp@pucc.bitnet		or
	bitftp@pucc.princeton.edu
Send a message with the word "help" somewhere in it. (The Subject is
not important)  and it will send you a rather complete file explaining
how to use the server.
