I understand that you have bought only Word for Windows (which includes run-time version on Windows). If this is the situation I'm not sure if this is any help. But to get the resolution you mentioned you should install Windows with driver that you got with your graphics card or computer. When Windows Setup asks you to choose graphics card you choose OTHER and then put in the disk where you have the drivers for your graphics card.
