HAVE:
	true blue IBM PC (ok BIOS date)
	EVEREX HD controller, 1986 vintage - works (BIOS 3.93)
	Seagate ST4038 (30MB full height, 40ms, 733Cyl, 5hd)

NOTES:
	1) Used to use Seagate ST4051 (40MB 977Cyl/5hd) on this same 
	   controller, but the drive died.
	2) System has functioned since ~1986 with old disk

PROBLEM:
	1) controller thinks my drive has 977Cyl,5hd so I can not successfully 
	   low-level format the disk.
	2) g=c800:5 calls up WD (wx2 - rev 6) format routine which DOES NOT 
	   allow the manual specification of Cyl/heads

NEED:
	A means of low level formatting that will allow me to specify the disk 
	parameters, without changing controller.
	
	Or, if there is some way (using Norton/debug/??) for me to manually 
	modify the disk (I assume that's where the controller is getting the 
	info from) so that the correct number of cylinders will be formatted?
