Does anyone have a public domain C compiler?  The one that Dr. Frobb's Journal
published a decade ago, written by Ron Cain, would suffice.  I've got a
descendent of his compiler, but it's tainted by a copyright.  If someone's
got the original Small-C online, I'd appreciate a pointer to it.
