I am unable to view any 800 x 600 (256 colors) GIF files correctly. I mean, the monitor seems to display only 16 colors but I'm not sure about what resolution is displayed. Are there any other public domain programs for viewing .GIF files that support hi-res (VGA ?) modes ??
