  I own a MI386-20 Mylex motherboard and with the cache on, the board
  does a consistant SI=31 speed.  Sometimes the cache misses and the
  board comes in at SI=23 but mostly runs at SI=31.  I would think that
  a 25 MHz board should run at least 25% faster.
