I am trying to program an Analog Devices RTI-800, which is an analogue
to digital conversion board for the PC bus.  In particular, I am trying
to set up the on-board Advanced Micro Devices AM9513A Counter/Timer chip
for "gated pacer" operation.  This is mentioned but not documented in
the manual for the RTI-800.

Can anybody please shed some light on how this is done?
